Participants who have completed this course will be able to

  • Know the basic techniques of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Adults and Paediatrics.

  • Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

  • Know how to remove a Foreign Body Airway Obstruction in an Adult or Paediatric victim.

  • Deal effectively with a Sudden Illness or Trauma.

 

Who should attend?

Anyone involved in a Sports Club, Gym, School, or any organisations where there are physical activities.

 

Duration

1 Day 

Includes:

  • 4 hour PHECC CFR Community Level (AED course).

  • 2 hour Emergency First Aid for Sports Injuries.

6 - 12 Per Trainer

    • Heart Attack and Stroke 

 

  • Second Part

    • Emergency treatment for Asthma Attack/Heart Attack/Stroke

    • Emergency treatment for Wounds, Bleeding and Shock

    • Emergency Treatment for Head and Spinal Injuries

    • Emergency Treatment for Fractures and Dislocations

    • Friction Burns

  • PHECC CFR Community (AED) Card

  • National Safety Centre Certificate of Attendance
