Booking Terms & Conditions To ensure your required dates are confirmed please complete and submit this booking form as soon as possible as dates can only be held provisionally for 5 working days. Prices quoted are based on a 15-mile radius of the greater Dublin area. Training conducted outside this area will incur an additional charge of 65c per Kilometre and any overnight expenses (agreed at time of booking). Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, courses must be delivered in a language understood by attendees. If attendees cannot understand English please inform us. Payment & Confirmation of Booking In order to confirm your training and have a trainer allocated all fees must be paid in full at least five working days prior to commencement of the training. Please Note: Certificates will only be issued when training has been completed and payment has been made in full. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Cancellation of Booking If booking is cancelled or rescheduled five working days prior to the date of the training, customers will be charged 30% of the total training charge. If training is rescheduled before this time no charge will be incurred.
